 We fell in love with the Paint Horse breed because of its beautiful color patterns. This breed is gentle, easygoing, friendly and very people oriented making them a joy to own and train. Plus their gait is so smooth and comfortable they are a double joy to ride. Each horse has a uniquely different colorful coat and pattern making him or her stand out from the rest of the herd.
We started raising Paint Horses in 1998. We now have a good sized herd. We sell our offsprings/weanlings trained to lead. We are located on Highway 31, one mile east of Bokoshe in LeFlore County Oklahoma. We live on the premises and our ranch is open 7 days a week and holidays from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. CST.  Sometimes when I look from the house toward the barns, I can tell on what day my husband has pulled out the brush from the barn. Our mares literally line up like school children waiting to their turn to be brushed. He spends as much time as possible with all our mares and it shows. Our mares are all very gentle and true “Feed Bucket Babies” themselves. Teaching their own foals to follow Papa or Granny wherever we tell them to go. Just like their parents, they are loving and easy to handle. We offer all shapes and sizes, pretty colors and patterns. When weaning time comes each foal is taught to wear a halter and lead. They become acquainted with our twenty-six foot stock trailer with the odd sounds it makes opening and closing the inside gates.
My husband Bob believes in the gentle breaking of animals. We both feel if a person is gentle with a young colt or filly they will bond with that person becoming its friend. If a colt or filly is never frightened or scared they will come to depend completely on its new friend. Through love and devotion for their new friend they will work hard to accomplish whatever task is set before them.
Our farm has about a half a mile of highway frontage. With cars, trucks and semis traveling by our foals are accustom to hearing whining tires, jake brake and horns honking. These sounds prepare them for highway travel - their first trip off the farm out into the human world.
We raise and sell quality bred registered weanlings and yearlings! Our goal is to breed quality prospects for show, barrel, cutting, roping, western or pleasure trail riding. Whatever a buyer has in mind, we feel our animals have the stamina and conformation to reach their goals. We feel they are intelligent enough and have the potential to learn any type of field for whatever a buyer has in mind for their “Heart’s Desire”.
